Located in the history centre of Vila Seca, this in behind median single-family house was set in 2002 following the aesthetic guidelines of that time.

The building is split in three levels: the floor level contains a parking lot and a storage room, meanwhile the first floor is bases in a daily area and the last floor a nightlife one.
