Within an equestrian complex located in the municipality of Reus, the detached single-family home of its owner was projected in 2004.

This house is developed on three floors: a semi-basement floor designed to enjoy a leisure space, where there are a wine cellar, Spa area, warehouses and work spaces, the ground floor with the mainly daytime space where the entry of light predominates, and the first floor, where the master suite is located.
