The privilege and historial surroundings of this project determined our importance to play with color for the renovation of this landmark building and the restoration of its facade. The renovation took place between 2023 and 2024.
The palette scheme for the project was influenced by the existing deep red colors that ornate the church standing across the square.
We used these palette for the wood trimmings as well as the exterior moldings and cornice.

The color has been transferred to the inside through various finishes and materials. This stands out on the neutral background mainly determined by the concrete flooring, the refurbished ceramic walls anf exposed wood beams.

The interior layour has radically been modified. Originally we had lots of smaller rooms sometimes with no natural light or ventilation, the current layout offers a much more open space and versatile, by moving the kitchen, dining, living to the front of the house and through this open space we have the access to the bedrooms and other rooms.
